The App does not collect or upload any personal data to our servers. All data is stored locally on your device only.

PhoneSober (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data. We believe your focus data and reflections are private and should remain entirely under your control.
2. Data we process
The App stores the following data locally on your device to provide focus reminders, statistics, and personalization features:

3. Permissions
To provide core functionality, the App may request the following permissions:
- Notifications: to send reminders while focus mode is active.
- Photos/media library: only used when you explicitly select a wallpaper or audio. We do not scan your library.
- Screen Time (iOS): to detect when selected apps are opened. We do not collect or upload usage records.
4. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
Because app data does not pass through our servers, we cannot access your records.
5. Data retention and deletion
Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. Because we keep no server-side copies, once the app is deleted, the data cannot be recovered by us.
